APPLICATION
Thanks to the vacuum it takes the unrequired water in the fruit sauce that is used in ice cream, pastry, and sweet sector by mixing and heating it thanks to vacuum.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
The product is to be processed and the other mixtures are filled into the vacuum tanks till half of the tank. The lid and valves are all closed. The mixer, heating, and vacuum pumps are turned on. Then the product is brought to the required viscosity by looking at to sample valve. Then the finished product is transferred to the sterilizer.
