APPLICATION
It sterilizes fruit sauce that is used in ice cream, pastry, and sweet sector without disturbing its nature and so it prolongs the expiration date.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
It transfers the processed product from the sauce tanks to the sterilizer by special pumps. The sterilizer increases the temperature to the sterilization level gradually and decreases it to a filling level without disturbing its nature. The exchangers that make the heating process are with strippers and prevent the product from sticking to the surface.

● Double spiraled pumps that can unload the product without disturbing its nature.
● Automatic PLC-controlled system
● A compact system that is constructed to chasis
● Easy maintenance and compatible with the C.I.P. system
● All valves are automatic and are easy to be controlled

● Heating ability without disturbing its nature.
● Exchangers are made of AISI 316 quality stainless steel and the rest of the components are made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel
