It is the tank in which the cheese milk is on hold right after it reaches pasteurizing temperature to terminate the bacteria. The tank has three jackets. The heating is provided by giving hot water or steam in the intermediate section. On the top section, there is isolation which blocks the heat loss. The mixer mixes the product homogenously. The legs of the tank are adjustable. The tank is appropriate to be washed with the CIP system. The lid of the tank is manhole type. The tank is completely made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel
