We are ready to assist you.

It is the incubation vat that is used in the soft cheese production process. The fermentation, mixing, the clot breaking process in the pasteurized milk are manually done. Thanks to a pneumatic piston, the vat is lifted slowly and poured into the mold. The whey is equally filled into the molds. The vats have wheels and the wheels are lockable also the vat is mounted on a chassis. It is completely made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel
