The pasteurized and cooled mixture of ice cream passes through the freezer ice cream machine and then it is filled in the molds in the popsicles machine. The system automatically does centering for sticks in the mold. The product in the molds cooldowns while they go forward in the icy pool. At the end of the line, popsicles are pulled out of the molds and dipped into the chocolate pool to be coated with chocolate. And then they are sent to the packaging unit. The system is completely made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel. The maintenance and the cleaning are simple
