It is the equipment in the food sector that performs a fast heating up/ cooling down process of viscous products. The product passes through special pipes that are placed on the body and has thermal processing. The pipe diameter and lengths are chosen in accordance with the product. The heat calculations are made by the usage of computer programs. The quantity, diameter of the pipe, pressure, flowing direction type and other important values are made with program support. All the pipes are placed on a chassis and so it seems regular. The pipes are made of AISI 316 quality stainless steel and other pieces of equipment are made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel
