We are ready to assist you.

Firstly the halloumi molds are put into the baskets and then the curds are put at a certain weight. Right after that, the pressure comes and the pressure level is set up. The plates are put and the pressure process starts. When the pressure process is over the disassembly process starts in the disassembly section. Whey water is gathered in the pool that is under the press. Through a pump, the whey water is sent to the storage tank.
