It is a wash machine for the equipment that is used in soft cheese production. After putting the equipment in the machine the lid is closed. The pump on the bottom of the machine is turned on and sucks the hot and chemical water and pulverizes it to the system where the washing heads are placed. With the pressure of the pump the head turn around the equipment and sprays the chemical water on them. After the chemical water process, the rinse water is given to the system and the equipment is rinsed with clean water. The system is completely made of AISI 316 quality stainless steel. The temperature and timing control is made on the panel digitally
