150 kg / batch capacity steam cooker is a double-auger machine. Augers move independent from each other so that mixing and kneading process is performed better. Depending on requirement, cooking can be made in two ways: Direct injection of steam in machine or heating through jackets. Control of the machine is provided by electronical devies. Product evacuation lid should be opened or locked manualy. Auger engines are designed double rotation. Top lid has gasket. Temperature is controlled digitally.
