50 kg / batch capacity dry cooker is generally preferred by small capacity facilities. Heating is made through jacket. At the bottom of the machine an agitator mixer  and at top of the machine a scrapper mixer is mounted. During evacuation of product machine can lay with 90° grade. Machine has a good insulation to prevent product from heat loss and operator from heat. All moving parts have secure switches. Temperature can be adjusted digitally.
